Travel from London is easy, whether by car or by train to nearby Winchester. Excellent fishing is available in the nearby river.

At its heart is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen—ideal for group meals, brunches, or private chef experiences. There are several reception rooms including an elegant sitting room, a games room with pool table, sofas and large TV, and a grand dining room for celebratory feasts. French doors from the kitchen lead to a large garden terrace with outdoor seating.

The landscaped gardens include a heated pool, garden bar with sofas, sweeping lawns, mature trees, and a sun-drenched terrace—perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. There is private parking for multiple vehicles.

Hinton House is dog-friendly (for well-behaved dogs over six months), non-smoking, and limited to the maximum occupancy unless otherwise agreed. The area offers walks, fishing, charming villages, local pubs, and easy access to Winchester’s shops, restaurants, and historic attractions.
