Charming 5-person studio on the snow front in La Joue du Loup – Breathtaking view, ideal winter and summer Located at an altitude of 1500m, in the resort of La Joue du Loup (Dévoluy massif, Hautes-Alpes), this 30 m² mountain studio welcomes you all year round for holidays alone, as a couple or as a family.

Good to know
- 🐾 Pets are not allowed in the accommodation (we deeply love animals, but for reasons of hygiene, respect for future allergic tenants, and the risk of noise pollution, we cannot accept them)
- 🛏️ Linen (sheets and towels) is not provided, but can be rented directly from the concierge if needed.
- Arrivals are in the afternoon and departures in the morning, by appointment with the Concierge of La Joue du Loup. It takes care of the delivery and return of the keys.
- Cleaning is not included and must be done by the tenant. A cleaning deposit will be requested on arrival by the concierge service, and returned on departure if the accommodation is left clean. If you do not wish to do the cleaning yourself, a cleaning service can be booked with the concierge (to be specified when booking).
- A deposit check of €400 will be requested by the owner to cover any damages. It will be returned in the days following the end of the stay.

Le logement est très propre, chaleureux, bien agencé et très bien équipé. Il est situé au pied des pistes et des restaurants. Les propriétaires sont disponibles, arrangeants et fort sympathiques. Nous y retournerons!

Séjour magique en plein centre de la station tout est a portée de main ESF, location de matériel de ski ,le jardin des piou piou les remontées mécaniques, les commerces, les restaurants balades ,jeux pour enfants derrière la résidence, accrobranche derrière la résidence ! On emmenait les enfants au piou piou en luge avec leurs ski et chaussures du coup pas de fatigue pour eux .
