The accommodation is a studio on the ground floor. It is an open-plan studio in which the kitchen, living room, and bedroom are all in the same room, with a slight separation between the spaces. The only room that is separate and has a door is the bathroom.
The total area of the accommodation is 25 m².

It has split-system air conditioning and heating.

Good to know
- If you use the heating, you should not set the temperature higher than 22°C.
- It has a terrace on the street level.
- If you need additional assistance, we are here to help.
- Important: Losing the key to the common area will result in a €65 replacement fee.
- Open from June 12 to September 6. Hours: June 12–29 and 1 September–6:11:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.–9:00 June 30, July, and August: 11:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.
- Additional guest after check-in: 60€/day. Lost pool cards will be charged at €40 per card.
- The house must be cleaned before checkout; otherwise, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
- Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€/stay
- No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation. Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros. The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighbouring residents must be respected. Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
- You must complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing your DNI or passport information via the link we will send you.
- Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges: 10 € for small towels 20 € for large towels 10 € for sheets 30 € for a duvet cover Damage to or breakage of the lock on the entrance door to the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros. The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros. Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the prepaid security deposit.
- The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve. We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodation.
- Walking through residential areas with swimming pools while wearing swimwear or without clothing is strictly prohibited. Appropriate attire is required at all times.

It was not in Madrid Center but close to the airport. The little town location is beautiful after a day in Madrid you want to come and relax and drink a sangria, Estrella beer or wine at the plaza. The metro is close to the apartment so no big deal. We love it!!!!

Sí Sí.Que faltaba un tendedero y un lavavajillas y más productos de limpieza.Pero la cama estaba muy bien muy confortable el colchón.Lo único que debería de haber una tarifa plana algo más asequible,pero en términos generales muy bien la estancia.
