Upstairs you will discover 4 bedrooms in total, including 2 double and 2 single rooms, ideal for children. Each is carefully arranged to ensure optimal comfort. One of the double rooms has a private shower, offering additional privacy and convenience.
Another bathroom with bath and 2 sinks is also upstairs.

For your moments of outdoor relaxation, our magnificent terrace welcomes you with its swimming pool of 4 by 8 meters (end of May to end of August), ideal for swimming in summer. Guests can relax on deckchairs, share outdoor meals around the outdoor table or prepare barbecues.

Your peace of mind is ensured thanks to our private parking, the house secured by a gate and fence, as well as our private garden, where children can play safely.

Nearby you will find a multitude of activities and sites to discover, from hiking trails to water activities on the lake, to local restaurants offering regional cuisine.
In addition, the city centre of Aix-les-bains and the shopping area of Grésy-sur-Aix are only 8 minutes by car.

The house is located in the peaceful area of Tir au Pigeon in Aix-les-Bains, offering a green and pleasant setting. You will find local shops, including a bakery and a supermarket, less than 5 minutes by car. You are also just 5 minutes from the city centre of Aix-les-Bains and Lake Bourget, ideal for enjoying nature, wellness and cultural activities.


Private parking is available on site. The Tir au Pigeon district is easily accessible by car and ideally located to explore the area. Public transport is also nearby, with the Aix-les-Bains station serving the main cities around.


During your stay you will have the opportunity to take care of our adorable resident cat. Don't worry, he's sweet, well fed, and he's a nice company. Just make sure you give him a little affection, fill his bowl with croquettes and make sure he stays hydrated.
The house is ideal for stays with family or friends, with swimming pool in summer (open from mid-May to early September) and fireplace in winter for warm moments.

A deposit, the amount of which varies according to the accommodation, will be requested and, unless exception is made, the residence tax will be payable on the spot.
