You will be less than one mile from downtown! As you might expect, the house is on a somewhat busy street. However, the house is set back from the street and most of the sounds you will hear will be the backyard waterfall and the birds chirping.

Not only is the Historical Downtown District full of unique shops and all sorts of restaurants, but Visalia boasts THREE 5 star elegant restaurants that are a destination for people from throughout Central California.

The internet booster provides a strong signal throughout the entire property, including outside living spaces. The large driveway accommodates 3-4 vehicles.

The thermostat may be adjusted down to 72 degrees in the summer and up to 70 in the winter. The fireplace gas insert provides additional warmth if desired- just push the button! There are also ceiling fans in the living room and all of the bedrooms.
There is usually sufficient free parking downtown if you choose not to walk. Throughout downtown, there is a free trolley service. You will need a car for day trips to Sequoia National Park, the Central Pacific Coast, and the wineries in the Paso Robles area.
