Elegant and bright flat on two levels in a portion of a period villa with private garden, large patio and panoramic terrace, able to accommodate up to 6 persons.
Access is up two flights of stairs leading from the street to the property.
Two bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the upper floor.
The Villa is located on the road from Como to Bellagio, not far from a beautiful Lido and the lively Viale Geno.
The C30 bus stop is 200 metres away. The flat 100mq is organised as follows FLOOR 1 - FULL KITCHEN with gas hob, oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle.
The main access to the house is from the kitchen.
The same door leads down to the patio where there is a large dining table with sunshade. - DINING ROOM with antique table, chairs and buffet - LIVING ROOM with chesterfield sofa, Tyrolean wardrobe, desk, door leading to the patio.

This room is a passageway to the master bedroom. - DOUBLE BEDROOM with direct access to the garden - COMPLETE BATHROOM newly renovated with toilet, shower, bidet, washbasin FLOOR 2 - DOUBLE BEDROOM 1 with wardrobe - DOUBLE BEDROOM 2 with wardrobe and 60s rocking chair - COMPLETE BATHROOM newly renovated with shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin THE PROPERTY IS COMPLETED BY -LARGE lake-view PATIO with dining table and sunshade - PRIVATE GARDEN with breakfast table and sun lounger From the garden up a flight of steps to the small panoramic terrace with table for two. At the back of the house there is a small laundry room for the use of guests. - 2 parking spaces (one covered and one uncovered) ATTENTION: if you arrive at the house with 2 SUVs, there is only enough parking space for one of the two. ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS Unlimited wifi, hair dryer, washing machine, clothes horse, iron and ironing board, fans for each bedroom. Check-in is available in self mode (self check-in). We are available to guests for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Como, equal to 3 euro per day is to be paid before arrival for overnight stays up to 4 nights.

The house is wide and clean. It is as the photos, but when we arrived the wifi does not work. The host came and said the techniach will come, however we left the house and the wifi does not work.
