Designed for 4 guests, it offers bright and harmonious spaces: two spacious bedrooms in light tones with parquet floors and linen sheets, a large living room with dining and reading area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower. All rooms open onto the garden, creating a seamless flow between indoors and outdoors.
The private patio is the perfect spot for breakfast, lunch, or a sunset aperitif, immersed in the soothing sounds of nature.
The villa’s atmosphere invites relaxation: reading a book in the hammock, enjoying a barbecue in the garden, picking fresh fruit from the trees, or simply listening to the gentle murmur of the river. Its location is strategic: supermarket, lake, historic center, and train station are all within walking distance, offering the perfect balance between convenience and countryside peace. A comfortable solution also suitable for extended stays, ideal for those staying in Arona for work, training or transitional periods. Located on the ground floor and is easy to access, although it is not officially certified as an accessible accommodation. Below are the features that may be useful for guests using a wheelchair: Almost level entry: there is only one small step to enter from outside. Very wide front door: total opening of about 130 cm. No steps inside: all areas of the apartment are on one single level. Interior door width: 77 cm. Spacious rooms: plenty of room to move around comfortably with a wheelchair. Bathroom: the shower area is spacious, but the entrance to the shower cannot be accessed directly with a wheelchair. Please note: for stays starting April 1st, 2026, the tourist tax will increase from €1 to €3 per person per day.
