Cosy flat equipped with all comforts to comfortably accommodate up to 3 people. The accommodation is located in a renovated former oil mill, which offers its guests numerous shared facilities: access to the seasonal swimming pool, green area with barbecue area equipped with tables and benches under a pergola. A parking area reserved for guests is also available.


The 65 square metre apartment is located on the mezzanine floor and has a separate entrance (there are 7 steps at the entrance). It has a small uncovered patio equipped with two deckchairs and a small table with chairs and an assigned parking space, also suitable for large cars such as SUVs, outside the gate.


The interior space is organised as follows
- KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge with freezer, moka coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, minipimer, wine glasses, other kitchen utensils, and dining table.

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, table with chairs, TV.

- BEDROOM with double bed, single bed, TV and wardrobe.

- BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.


FURTHER SERVICES AT GUESTS' DISPOSAL: independent heating, fan, mosquito nets, drying rack, iron and ironing board, barbecue, washing machine and dryer (in the communal laundry area). Free covered parking space.


At guests' disposal, shared with the other flats in the building, are
- Swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and tables, open from 9am to 8pm, from 1 June to 30 September

- Dining area in the garden equipped with barbecue, tables and benches

- The POOL is shared with other guests. The pool is open from June to September at the following times: 9:00-20:00.

- NO A/C.

- NO LIFT: there are steps to reach the flat and to go from the living area to the sleeping area.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Passignano sul Trasimeno is a charming village on the shores of the lake of the same name, rich in history dating back to Etruscan and Roman times. From the lakeside, one can reach the historic centre through the narrow streets that climb up a hill to reach the Rocca, the highest point of the village that offers a breathtaking view of the lake. The location is also ideal for visiting the beautiful neighbouring towns: Monte del Lago, Castiglione del Lago with its charming Palazzo della Corgna, Panicale, Paciano, to name but a few. Also within easy reach are Cortona and Montepulciano, as well as Perugia and Assisi, which are located a short distance away.

The accommodation is located in the quiet, green countryside area of Passignano, less than ten minutes' drive from the historic centre and 7 minutes' drive from the Caloni Beach. Indispensable services such as a bar, pharmacy and supermarket are a 6-minute drive away


The most convenient way to reach the property and visit the surroundings is by car. It is possible to rent one at the airport. The accommodation has a parking space inside the assigned gate.
