The Port of Bourgenay, just 100 metres away, is the perfect place to head out by boat or enjoy a pleasant stroll and explore the surrounding area. You’ll find a welcoming living area with direct access to the terrace, a sofa bed and a TV. There is also a dining table where you can enjoy meals together, as well as a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The kitchen has all the utensils you need for cooking, along with a microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster and, for added convenience, a washing machine. The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190 cm), and there is also a shower room. A private parking space (no. 3) is available for your use. Ideally located, the rental is: - 27 m from the “Maléo” restaurant, - 100 m from the Port of Bourgenay, - 500 m from the “du Port” restaurant, - 700 m from the “Le Bistrot De Bourgenay” restaurant, - 2 km from Bourgenay Golf Club, - 2 km from Veillon sandy beach, - 6 km from the Lidl supermarket, - 7 km from the town centre, - 25 km from the O’Gliss Park water park. The quiet streets of Talmont-Saint-Hilaire and paths through the wooded dunes lead to the sandy shores of Veillon Beach.
But swimming isn’t the only way to enjoy the sea! Coastal trails and cycle paths run alongside beaches, dunes and authentic villages.
The cycle paths are directly accessible, making it easy to head towards Les Sables-d’Olonne or La Tranche-sur-Mer, where surfers take to the waves. This accommodation does not have Wi-Fi access. Abgesehen vom Check-In (was über ne eigene Website geht und bei uns ja mal so gar nicht funktioniert hat) eine super schöne Wohnung mit ausgezeichneter Lage und allem was es so braucht. Also absolut empfehlenswert! Die erwähnte Website hat’s aber nicht gebraucht.

Logement propre très bien équipé, et superbement situé port, glacier "l'annexe", restaurant "Le Maléo" très proches. Un plus en ce qui concerne la navette gratuite situé en face du Logement pour aller à la plage du Veillon, passage toutes les heures en juilletet août. Adresse à garder pour des prochaines vacances !
Idéalement situé juste à coté du port, des restos et de la plage. Un peu déçue de la vue de la terrasse qui ne ressemble pas à celle de la photo avec la végétation mais qui donne en fait sur des voitures garées juste devant. Petit immeuble avec plusieurs logements à coté et au dessus qui donne l'impression d'être les uns sur les autres. Remontées d'odeurs dans le logement pas toujours agréables.
