Spacious 3-room vacation apartment directly under the roof with its own terrace.
Enjoy a feel-good atmosphere with your own sauna, fireplace, and underfloor heating. In the rooms of this spacious 3-room vacation apartment, hay for the cattle used to be stored, and many generations of kittens were born.
Today, we have set up our largest vacation apartment here with two bedrooms.
A large living room with an integrated kitchen, a large bathroom, and an additional toilet extend over approx. 90 sqm. All windows are equipped with insect screens.
The vacation apartment offers enough space for four people and, with its sauna (for sole use), also features a small wellness paradise.
Another plus point: Since the vacation apartment is located by the water, there is a private terrace directly on the Dolzkefließ. Of course, you also have access to guest Wi-Fi. A parking space for your car can be found directly at the vacation apartment.
An 11 kW wallbox is also available, and additional parking spaces can be rented within walking distance. Modern flat-screen TV (56 inches) Digital radio with CD player Refrigerator with freezer compartment Sauna for your own use Wood-burning fireplace in the living room Ceramic hob (4 burners) Oven/grill Extractor hood Dishwasher In each bedroom, a double bed (1.80 x 2.00) with high-quality mattresses and adjustable slatted frames Underfloor heating in all rooms Insect screens and blackout options on all windows Wi-Fi Terrace for your own use directly on the Dolzkefließ Washing machine in the utility room for shared use
