Sehr nette Vermieterin. Stand 24x7 bei Fragen zur Verfügung und hat stets schnell geantwortet.
Leicht "muffiger" Geruch im Erdgeschoß.
Kein direkter Zugang zur Terrasse /Garten von einem der Zimmer; Zugang nur über Verlassen des Hauses durch Eingangstür.
