such as pink flamingos and white herons. Orbetello itself has a
charming historic centre with narrow streets and a lively piazza. For a
day by the sea, there are long sandy beaches with fine white sand, and
from nearby Porto Ercole boats can be hired to explore the stunning
coastline.
