Inside, you will find a bright, open-plan kitchen that flows seamlessly into the living area and is equipped with all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV and invites you to relax after an eventful day. The bedroom invites you to relax with a double bed and fresh bed linen, while the modern bathroom offers a spacious shower.

A special highlight of this studio is the private terrace with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. This outdoor area invites you to enjoy your morning coffee, read or simply savour picturesque sunsets. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings and relax or dine al fresco. The location is ideal for exploring the nearby beaches. Aguadulce beach is just a nine-minute walk from the property and Los Bajos beach is only 2.7 kilometres away. These long, golden sandy beaches offer crystal clear waters and plenty of amenities for a perfect day by the sea.
