Contemporary, detached cottage, adjoining the owners' house, in a quiet location near the banks of the Erdre River, yet on the outskirts of Nantes.
Public transport: tram-train station a 10-minute walk away or tram stop a few minutes by car. 16 m² private terrace and 200 m² unfenced garden, access to a wooded park with century-old trees, enclosed and shared with the owners.
Private parking for two cars, quick charging point for electric vehicles (on request).
Ground floor: kitchen/living room (pellet stove), lounge/bedroom (double bed 140x190 + sofa bed 160x200) and sink, 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x190 that can be joined) with sink, a shower room with toilet.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi access, hairdryer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, cot/high chair.
No TV.
Included: linens and electricity.
Not included: wood pellet heating, bed linens (€5/person), towels (€5/person), and tourist tax.
