Le Nanifa is an unusual apartment located in part of the owners' house (shared entrance but completely independent access via stairs) and located in the historic heart of Clisson, its shops and restaurants, with a magnificent and relaxing view of the Sèvre Nantaise River.
It is 500 m from the train station, 1.8 km from the famous Hellfest site, 30 km from Nantes (17 min by train), and 40 km from Puy du Fou.
Free public street parking and luggage drop-off are available in front of the cottage.
It comprises a living/dining room with a separate open-plan kitchenette, one bedroom (140x190 cm bed), bathroom, and separate toilet.
Amenities include: fiber optic Wi-Fi, Senseo coffee machine, and a baby cot/booster seat upon request.
All-inclusive: gas central heating, electricity, sheets (bed made upon arrival), towels, household linen, and end-of-stay cleaning.
Tourist tax extra.

We loved everything about the place! Home fully equipped with everything you need for either a short or a long stay, from coffee machine to micro wave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine etc. excellent mattress quality for great sleeping nights with the sound of the river in the background ! We will be back there for sure

Bien situé proche du château, de la collégiale et du superbe pont surplombant la Sevre Nantaise.
Proximité discrète et bienveillante du propriétaire.
Pas de vrai parking, mais possibilité de stationner momentanément pour décharger les bagages.
Possibilité de stationnement plus haut dans la rue.
