Nestled in the heart of the secure Marina Lodge residence, this charming 52 m² air-conditioned villa is fully equipped to offer a comfortable and enjoyable stay, ideal for families or groups of friends.
The beach and the main shopping street of Vias Plage are within walking distance, with Farinette Beach just 400 meters away.
The villa features a bright and welcoming living area, with direct access to the outdoor spaces.
The property is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning, ensuring optimal comfort throughout your stay. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook just like at home and includes a Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric grater, fridge-freezer, and all the necessary kitchen utensils. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: one bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, a second bedroom with two 140 cm double beds and one 90 cm single bunk bed, ideal for children and teenagers. 👉 All beds are provided with duvets and pillows for your comfort. The bathroom is functional and well equipped, featuring a shower, washbasin, washing machine, and a hairdryer. Outside, enjoy a large shaded wooden terrace furnished with an outdoor dining area, as well as a 96 m² private garden with synthetic grass, including sun loungers and a low lounge area, perfect for relaxing moments.
A gas plancha is also available for convivial outdoor meals. For cooling off, the shared swimming pool of the residence is accessible from June 1st to September 30th. The property includes one private parking space within the residence. 👉 Upon arrival, the RIBOLEYS concierge service provides a welcome kit, including kitchen towels and microfiber cloths, a new sponge, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, and a bath mat, so you can settle in comfortably from the very first moments. 👉 The RIBOLEYS team will welcome you directly at the property for key handover and will remain available and reachable throughout your stay. Wir waren 15 Tage in der Unterkunft bei durchzogenem Wetter. Mussten heizen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, zentrumsnah und trotzdem ruhig. Es gibt eine Terrasse, Gartensitzplatz mit Sonne und Schatten, Sitzgruppe und Liegestühle. Genügend Platz für die Fahrräder. Wir haben oft selber gekocht, die...
