The "Römerlagune" (approx. 1,500 m² wellness area with indoor pool, saunas, heat cabin, fitness room, and table tennis), which is free of charge for you, is located in the same building and is easily accessible by elevator.
Despite its central location, the apartment offers a quiet and relaxed atmosphere due to the floor difference, without the usual "through traffic."

The spacious south-facing balcony features a charming and high-quality beer garden set with seat cushions for outdoor dining or relaxed seating with beautiful distant views.
You can extend a mounted awning for shade.
Additionally, there is space for the two provided sun loungers or the drying rack. Unlike most other guests, you won't have to search for a parking space on the street.
A private underground parking space can be booked for €5 per night with our apartments.
From there, you can directly access the main building with a direct path through the building complex to House 6, keeping you dry even in bad weather. Whether you are planning an active holiday with hiking, cycling, or skiing, or simply want to enjoy the peace and beauty of nature – our apartment is the ideal starting point.
