Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this 150 m² air-conditioned gite in Lunac, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a 50 m² living room (with stove), an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two shower rooms (with showers), an unenclosed 800 m² garden and two 20 m² terraces. Wifi (fibre optics) included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor
- A 50 m² living room with TV, wood-burning stove (wood provided), sofa and dining area
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Shower room
- Separate WC
First floor
- Bedrooms 2 and 3: double bed (140×190)
Mezzanine
- Bedroom 4: double bed (140×190)
- Shower room
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot.
Outside
- An unenclosed, private 800 m² garden
- A 20 m² south-facing terrace on the raised ground floor, with views over the fields, a jacuzzi (open from April to October) and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A second 20 m² terrace on the ground floor, also with furniture and shade
The gite is ideally located in Lunac, in a very quiet and pleasant setting. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc.
Activities :
- Château de Lunac about 6 minutes (3.9 km) away by car
- Outdoor activities (hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, tree climbing, etc.)
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (up to 4 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Villefranche-de-Rouergue station, about 26 minutes (27.3 km) by car.
- Nearest airport: Rodez-Aveyron airport, about 53 minutes (52.6 km) by car

- Wood-burning stove (wood provided)
- Underfloor heating and radiators in some rooms
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- Beds are equipped with duvets. If you wish to bring your own sheets, please also bring duvet covers.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

- All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.

Gite spacieux et très bien équipé.Très calme, belle vue sur la campagne environnante.Présence de deux terrasses confortablesBonne literieProximité de "La Fouillade", charmant village avec un très bon magasin de producteurs. Le marché du samedi matin est aussi très agréable.
