The kitchenette has a gas/electric cooker, fridge, freezer compartment and microwave for preparing meals. Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning, central heating and a washing machine add everyday convenience. There are 2 free parking spaces on site. Smoking is not permitted in the house, and pets are not allowed.
The fishing village of San Nicola l’Arena, with its castle, is 3 km away, and Capo Cefalù is 40 km away. You can visit the sanctuary of the Madonna di Milicia in Altavilla Milicia; Palermo is approximately 15 minutes away by car. The nearest beach is about 3.1 km away in a straight line.

Il nostro soggiorno a villa Alessandra è stato davvero piacevole. La struttura offre silenzio e relax a chi lo desidera e una vista meravigliosa data la posizione sopraelevata. Calogero è un host amichevole, attento e disponibile. Assolutamente soddisfatti.

Super sympathischer und lieber Vermieter. Sehr hilfsbereit. Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit einer traumhaft schönen Aussicht. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und auch perfekt von der Größe. Das komplette Haus und die Einrichtung sind sehr sauber und schön, schlicht eingerichtet. Man hat alles was man braucht....
