The spacious living area with panoramic sea views is located on the upper floor and features a large, fully equipped kitchen, a wood-burning stove, and a cozy sofa-TV corner.

On the large terrace on the ground floor (south-facing), our guests can enjoy relaxed grilling at a dining table (charcoal kettle grill). In the kitchen, you will find a classic filter coffee machine (filter size 4) from Moccamaster – perfect for a cozy start to the day. You will also find a dishwasher, ceramic hob with extractor hood, oven, toaster, KitchenAid food processor, Ninja ice cream maker, and a stylish SMEG refrigerator. In the house, an open gallery above the living area and kitchen offers space for workation or a cozy midday break with sea views on an extra bed (2 mattresses 90 x 200 cm). On the ground floor are the two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, each with terrace access.
The blue bedroom has a 140 x 200 cm mattress, and the pink bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm mattress.
Also on the ground floor is the exceptional bathroom with a cast-iron bathtub and a glass-stone shower – a real eye-catcher.
The bathroom and bedrooms are opposite each other and equipped with stylish wooden sliding doors (please note: they are not soundproof). Choose for yourself: We offer you the option to bring your own linens to keep your vacation costs within budget.
Alternatively, we are happy to provide our linen package (bedding and towels) optionally – just as it best suits your travel plans. The modern garden sauna with a panoramic window and outdoor shower completes the house's amenities and offers private wellness moments in every season. The beach is just a few meters away on foot – Bockholm is a small, idyllic holiday resort on the beautiful Holnis peninsula, right on the Flensburg Fjord. Your electric car can be charged here free of charge at the wallbox. Dear dog lovers: Dogs are warmly welcome! However, we charge extra for the stay and cleaning.

Viel Liebe zu Design und Detail mit Wohlfühlcharakter. Ein tolles Haus in sehr schöner Lage.
Die Matratzen waren für uns zu weich, aber das ist ja bekanntlich Geschmacksache - also kein Problem.
