The kitchen includes all amenities: stove with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer (washer-dryer combo), coffee machine, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, and raclette grill.

The children's bedroom has a cozy single bed (approx. 90x200 cm) and a desk.
