A filter coffee machine and espresso machine (Tassimo) ensure your daily coffee enjoyment.
The separate bedroom with a double bed (2x 80x200 cm, continuous topper) and wardrobe offers peace and comfort.
The en-suite bathroom with a small window, toilet, and shower provides ample storage space for your toiletries.
Enjoy the view of the Kellersee and the surrounding nature from the furnished balcony.
An outdoor parking space for your car is reserved for you at the house.
