This bright and modernly furnished 1-room holiday flat with balcony has a living space of approx. 39 m² and can accommodate up to 3 people. The flat is located on the 2nd floor and is easily accessible by lift.

The combined living, sleeping and dining area has two modern and comfortable sofas, which can be folded out in a few simple steps and thus offer two sleeping options (180x200 cm and 90x200 cm). The music system, flat-screen TV and WLAN connection provide entertainment. The kitchenette, which is open to the living area, is well equipped with a fridge, an oven and a 4-ring ceramic hob. The living area has a dining table. The interior bathroom is equipped with a shower. From the living area, you can access the furnished balcony, which guarantees you a great view of the greenery.

An outdoor car parking space is reserved for you. A communal washing machine and tumble dryer can be used for a fee. There is a communal sauna in the house, also for a fee.

The rental price quoted is for up to 2 people. For the 3rd person a surcharge per night will be charged.
