From the underground car park you can easily reach the 1st floor by lift. A spacious hallway welcomes you. Hang up your jackets - and arrive. You can reach the modern bedroom of your holiday home (approx. 54 m²) from the hallway.

A double bed (2x90x200 cm) with bedside cabinets, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a flat-screen TV are included. Blackout pleated blinds on all windows - the perfect light, sight and sun protection. The living room with open-plan kitchen and seating area leaves nothing to be desired. If you like cooking, the fully equipped kitchen makes this a breeze. The couch can be converted into a sofa bed (140x200 cm). A second flat-screen TV ensures cosy hours in the evening. From the living room you can access the covered balcony. The first coffee in the morning, the daily newspaper in your hand... Is there a better way to start the morning? The modern shower room with towel warmer, hairdryer and WC completes the standard of this holiday flat. A washing machine and tumble dryer can be used in the basement of the house for a fee. Internet access is available free of charge via W-LAN.

So that you can start your holiday relaxed, a free underground car parking space is available. There is space for your beach equipment in the cellar room. You can store your bikes in the separate bike room.

The rental price refers to 2 persons, the 3rd and 4th person will be charged with an additional price per night.
