Opposite are two internal shower rooms for a refreshing start to the day. Sehr schöne Aussicht auf den See. Tolle Lage, sehr ruhig und doch nicht weit vom Zentrum.
Der Balkon muss dringend gereinigt werden, Geländer und Fußboden, und mit ein bisschen Farbe bekäme man einen tollen Balkon.Fahrrad im Schuppen abstellen war nicht möglich, da viele alte Räder die nicht mehr in Betrieb sind den Platz blockieren. Platte Reifen und verrostete Ketten sind ein Zeichen dafür.
Gute Lage, aber einige Mängel.

Kein sonnenschutz im wohn-essraum bei 34°. Keine Erklärung wo die Töpfe sind. Klospülung im 2. Bad kaputt. Besteck nicht vollständig.
