"Lotti" is our small holiday apartment for 2 people, located in the rural district of Althof, part of Bad Doberan, 10 km from the Baltic Sea beach. "Lotti" is a holiday apartment surrounded by greenery.
Our holiday apartment "Lotti" is situated in a separate annex building on our residential property in Althof, a district of Bad Doberan.
We converted the space into a guest apartment in 2019 and furnished it in 2020. "Lotti" is 20 m² in size and can accommodate 2 people.
The holiday apartment also includes an 11 m² conservatory, from which you can look out into our rear garden area with flower beds and old fruit trees. "Lotti" consists of a combined living/sleeping area with an integrated kitchenette and a shower room with a toilet and sink. The double bed is 1.60x1.90 m and has 2 mattresses; the slatted frames are adjustable.
Two comfortable armchairs invite you to relax and watch TV. The room can be darkened for sleeping using blackout roller blinds and opaque curtains.
Insect screens are fitted to the windows. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner ceramic hob, mini oven, sink, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
A toaster, coffee machine (not a pod or capsule machine), kettle, and egg cooker are provided.
Cutlery, crockery, etc., are of course also available. Next to the kitchenette, a dining area for 2 people is integrated. The holiday apartment is electrically heated.
A heated towel rail is available in the bathroom. The conservatory is bright and cheerful, furnished with wicker furniture.
It is also suitable as a breakfast area.
Even in the rain, you can sit surrounded by greenery.
A fireplace conversion with thick block candles ensures coziness. Outdoors, next to the conservatory and surrounded by flower beds, a seating area for 2 people has been created.
In the rear garden area, you can also find shady spots under the old fruit trees. A parking space for your car is available in our double carport. Althof has hourly train connections to Rostock and to Bad Doberan towards Wismar.
It is only 10 km from Althof to the Baltic Sea resort of Heiligendamm, a drive of just under 10 minutes.
The narrow-gauge railway Molli also runs from Bad Doberan station via Heiligendamm to Kühlungsborn.

Ein ruhig gelegenes Plätzchen mit tollem Garten. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt.
Es gibt eigentlich nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hätte. Es ist nur besser, ein Auto dabei zu haben ( hatten wir auch). Einkaufen und Strand sind eben ein paar Kilometer entfernt.
