The living area is functionally designed and offers a comfortable seating area for relaxing evenings. The large terrace is equipped with garden furniture - perfect for breakfast in the fresh air. There is also a table tennis table in the communal garden.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine and toaster. A small dining area invites you to feast together.
The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed for a restful night's sleep. In the modern bathroom you will find a walk-in shower, washbasin and WC as well as a towel radiator for additional comfort.
An outdoor car parking space is reserved for you. You can store your bicycles in the bicycle storage area at the house. WiFi is included.
