This high-quality and modernly furnished 2-room holiday flat for a maximum of two adults - located on the 2nd floor - has 1 separate bedroom with box spring bed and walk-in balcony. The large daylight bathroom has a walk-in shower. The very spacious living room is combined with an open-plan kitchen (cooking island with extractor fan and dining area). In the living area you will find a comfortable sofa area and armchairs facing the balcony and the flat screen TV.
Each individual room impresses with its generous layout and the materials used. The floor-to-ceiling window front invites you to open up and linger all year round.

Your car will find its place behind the building - the driveway is max. 2.30 m wide! A bicycle parking space is also available here.
