Directly on Südstrand (South Beach) on the Baltic Sea island of Fehmarn: a fantastic 1-room holiday apartment with a balcony and sea view for up to 2 people, covering approx. 35 m² of living space.

And from your balcony, you have a direct sea view.
But this small, fine holiday apartment has even more to offer: The combined living and sleeping room is equipped with a comfortable double box-spring bed (160x200cm), a small dining area, and an armchair.
For entertainment, there is a stereo system, CD player, DVD player, and TV.
The kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine allows for good self-catering, and the interior shower room will get you ready for a new day.
A washing machine is available for washing your holiday wardrobe.
Conveniently, a bakery and an ice cream parlor are located in the building.
A free parking space, provided by a parking permit, is available in front of Strandburg (from the second row onwards).
This permit can be used throughout the island during your holiday. Please understand that this is a non-smoking holiday apartment.

wie im Büro schon mitgeteilt ist an der Wand zum Tisch ein schwarzer Streifen, der wohl von Vorgängern mit der Rückenlehne eines Stuhls verursacht wurde.
Die Kunstlederverkleidung des Bettrahmens und der Bettrückwand ist in Auflösung begriffen.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. 1. Reihe direkt am Wasser. Für ein verlängertes Wochenende hat die Wohnung alles was man braucht. Das Bett ist bequem, wenn auch es ein wenig abgelebt ist (Kunstleder). Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
Auch, wenn wir ein wenig früher einchecken konnten, finde ich grundsätzlich die Eincheckzeit zu spät.

Tolle Lage, schöne Wohnung. Bis auf Kleinigkeiten (ein paar fehlende Besteckteile) alles sehr gut. Auf dem Balkon war einiges an Unkraut, dass stört etwas, war aber auch auf anderen Balkonen zu sehen. Wir haben aber für den Sommer wieder gebucht, weil es uns ansonsten sehr gefiel.
