In a prime location in Grömitz: a 3-room holiday apartment (approx. 45 m²) near the beach on the 4th floor with an elevator, balcony, and a magnificent sea view for up to 4 people.

The brightly tiled shower room has natural light. You can conveniently park your car in a reserved outdoor parking space directly in front of the house.

Eine sehr schöne, gemütliche Wohnung mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Ostsee, die Lage ist perfekt, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Eine tolle Lage der Wohnung und einen super Blick auf die Ostsee. Kurzer Weg zum Zentrum, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Wir werden sicherlich nochmal wieder kommen.

Eine sehr schöne und gemütliche Ferienwohnung : ankommen und wohlfühlen!
Kleine Anregung : der Sessel könnte mal neu gepolstert oder ganz ausgetauscht werden...
