Up to 3 people can relax perfectly in the bright 1-room holiday apartment on the 1st floor with a balcony, sea view, and a living area of approx. 43 m². You can reach the light-flooded holiday apartment by elevator, which immediately impresses with its large, floor-to-ceiling window front upon arrival.

The bright, modern kitchen is integrated into the living/sleeping area and makes your holiday wonderfully pleasant with its good equipment, including an espresso machine and a dishwasher.

The highlight: the magnificent Baltic Sea view, which you can enjoy from the furnished balcony.

For the night, a comfortable double bed (2x 90x200 cm) is available.

Additionally, a third person can sleep very well on the sofa (70x200 cm).

Blackout blinds ensure restful sleep.

The modern bathroom has underfloor heating. Interesting for experienced golfers or beginners: the beautiful 27-hole golf course and restaurant are in the immediate vicinity. An underground parking space is reserved for you.

In the basement, there is a laundry room with a washing machine for a fee and free use of a dryer.

WLAN is included. Would you like to take your dog on holiday? Two dogs are allowed to travel with you for an extra charge.

Please understand that this is a non-smoking apartment. Living/sleeping area: 1 double bed (2x 90x200 cm) + 1 sofa bed (70x200 cm), TV, blackout blinds, space for a baby cot available. The Baltic Sea is just a few steps away and can already be observed perfectly from the holiday apartment.
