Las instalaciones de la urbanización como la piscina y también la gente del lugar. .
La casa está descuidada, requiere de atención, reparaciones y proveerla de necesidades básicas. Se ha alquilado sin realizar las reparaciones de una avería seria en el desagüe de la bañera, y el daño que eso supone. Entraron a la estancia sin estar nosotros en la casa, las llaves de la casa las ten...

Espacio máximo para 6 personas, apartamento acogedor, cocina pequeña , pero con sus utensilios, tostadora , microondas, frigorífico...
Las habitaciones pequeñas , hay dos, pero una no tiene armario.
Un aseo más un baño.
Salón con sofá cama.
En fin, pequeña, pero como se para solo para dormir, está bien.

El alojamiento carece totalmente de lo básico para cocinar: no había colador, paleta ni utensilios elementales, las sartenes y cacerolas todas quemadas, sucias y era imposible cocinar. La limpieza, muy deficiente: las sábanas estaban sucias y la cortina de la ducha...
