Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus station, Viterbo Campos (lines 901 and 906), is just a 6-minute walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 23-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival.

Although it is located on the ground floor, guests need to climb stairs to reach the building, so it is not ideal for people with reduced mobility. It is designed with open-plan living, sleeping, and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area, including a sofa bed, where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together.
It includes essential cookware, an oven, a cooking plate, a microwave and a Delta Q coffee machine. The sleeping area is only separated by an open wall.
It includes a queen bed and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay! Please note that a baby cot is available upon request.

Overall, it was as expected, but there was a slightly unpleasant smell inside. As it was a ground floor room, curtains would be necessary, as it is not comfortable to open the blinds without being completely exposed to the outside, which ended up being the most uncomfortable aspect of the stay.

The stay went very well, the flat has an incredible view, good cleanliness, excellent communication with the host, and good conditions.
The only downside is that it was very difficult to park in the area, the neighbours are not so welcoming to people, and the streets are quite narrow and difficult to access.
