If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included) Welcome to our home! Free Wifi is available on all areas of the apartment. Towels and bed Linen are provided for your stay. NOTE: We want to inform you that the internet service may not be ideal for streaming or remote work activities.

Great place to stay for a short break in Porto 👍
Only negatives were, there was a musty/damp smell, but it's an old building and ventilation wasn't brilliant. The dead seagull was also still right outside the window & the water pressure in the shower was dismal.
