It has an American-style kitchen, a gallery-laundry room, a living-dining room, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Capacity 4/5 people. YOUNG GROUP NOT ADMITTED (under thirty years old). PETS ALLOWED upon request with a maximum of 10 kilos (7€/night) Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). If any of these are essential, do not forget to bring them! Key collection will be made at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit.
The exit and evacuation of the accommodation will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices.
Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of 150 € which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of 28€ non-refundable. The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments). Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services.
The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors.
It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes.
In low season we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing.
There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland.
In the latter, very popular among ornithologists.
L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor.
Let's not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers. Additional information : Community pool - Depth: from 0.9 m to 2.1 m. Property managed by a professional.
Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental.
