Maresía consists of eight holiday homes with incredible views of the sea and the summit.
It features lovely green areas and parking if you come by car. The swimming pool, shared with the rest of the homes, is oriented towards the sea with breathtaking views from where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets.
Although Tenerife has very good weather, our pool is heated all year round. All the homes have their own kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and balcony or terrace with breathtaking views, WiFi, Smart TV and all the details that will make your stay something special during your holidays. We seek the privacy of our guests and achieve it with plenty of vegetation, knowing that your only neighbour will be the sea. The name Maresía comes from the water cloud that waves create when they break.
When the sea is rough, "La Maresía" can be felt from the house as we are very close to it. Therefore, you will be able to see, hear and even smell the sea. If you think this is your place to enjoy your well-deserved holiday, come and visit us. CHARCO DEL VIENTO has direct access to the shared heated swimming pool from its own terrace.
You will be able to enjoy a private terrace and garden with plenty of privacy.
It has a kitchen equipped with a two-ring ceramic hob, a microwave and a fridge, and there is also a washing machine.
It is equipped with Smart TV, high-speed WiFi, Nespresso and everything you might need so that your only concern is to enjoy the marvellous sea views. Our rooms are completely renovated and updated in 2023. We are committed Hosts, so we will always be available to advise you on restaurants, places to visit, sports activities and anything else you fancy doing on our wonderful island of Tenerife. The town of Los Realejos is friendly and welcoming.
The house is in the El Toscal - La Longuera neighbourhood, a small town with all services and less than 5 minutes' drive from the famous El Socorro beach and trails such as Rambla de Castro and La Gordejuela. The small town of El Toscal and La Longuera is very close by. From the house to La Longuera will take around 5 minutes on foot and there you will find excellent restaurants such as La Finca, El Andarife or El Guachinche El Pino.
There are supermarkets, bakeries, bars and pharmacies very nearby. Additional information : Heated community pool Property managed by a professional.
