Cosy holiday home in San Agustin in the south of Gran Canaria, renovated in July 2022.
The accommodation consists of 45 m², has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 people, living room with kitchen and bathroom.
It has a garden of 20m2, where you can enjoy pleasant evenings or sunbathing. It is located 50m. from the sandy beach "San Agustin", with very easy access.
Ideal for family holidays. It has a garden with terrace furniture, iron, unlimited internet access (wifi), hairdryer, 1 satellite TV with languages: Spanish, English, German. The American style kitchen has a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer. San Agustín is a tourist beach with calm waters, although with small waves, which maintains all the characteristic advantages of accommodation and services, but it is also very quiet because it is less crowded.
Even its nights are placid as they lack the typical hustle and bustle of a tourist area.
The beach of San Agustín is perfect for relaxing for days at a time, but if its calmness is not enough, just a short distance away is one of the largest thalassotherapy centres on the island. On its long promenade, which connects to the south with the tourist centre of Playa del Inglés, there are also many terraces, bars and restaurants where you can eat. The place also has sun loungers and parasols for rent, lifeguards, showers, free parking and connection with the Maspalomas bus network. Ideal for a relaxing holiday by the sea. From CanariasGetaway we are sure you will enjoy a wonderful holiday in Gran Canaria (Biosphere Reserve), with a number of very different places to explore - from wonderful sandy beaches with their majestic dunes, as is the case of Maspalomas, to the village of Mogán with a very special charm or make the journey to the city of Las Palmas - a large city with all the services that a large cosmopolitan city can offer. Property managed by a professional.
Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental.
If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable. Only equipment mentioned in this advertisement are present.
Equipment not mentioned are not considered to be present.
Unless there is an electric charging station in the accommodation, charging electric vehicles is prohibited.

Appreciated that the coffee maker worked well and there were plenty of dishes available. Kitchen had everything we needed which saved us eating out all the time. Felt worth what we paid and easy access to beach plus shops made it practical.

Arrived late and found the apartment clean and quiet. Wi-Fi was strong for remote work without interruptions. The kitchen included all necessary items to prepare simple meals. Close to shops and restaurants, making it easy to get food.
