Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages, either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of €28 non-refundable. The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments). Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services.
The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for the youngest and seniors.
It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes.
In low season we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth making.
There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland.
In the latter, very popular among ornithologists.
The l'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, for its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor.
Let's not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers. Additional information : Community pool - Opening period: from 1 January to 31 December. - Depth: from 0.9 m to 1.9 m. Property managed by a professional.

(+) : La ubicación, y el apartamento en general.
(-) : Un toldo para la terraza que es una pena poder disfrutar por las mañanas de esa terraza y un ventilador de techo en la habitación que no tenia.
