The LAS OLAS complex consists of two blocks of a high six-storey construction with a lift, located just sixty metres from the sand, situated in the Northern area of Xeraco beach at Avda. de la Mota No. 35. 
In the vicinity, you will find several restaurants and other services.
It is a quiet and family-friendly area, with little traffic and guaranteed rest. Nice apartment on the second floor with a side terrace with a slight sea view.
It has three bedrooms with ceiling fans, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub), independent kitchen with gallery-laundry room, living-dining room with air conditioning and exit to a South-facing terrace, frontal to the swimming pool.
Apartment with Wifi. The residential complex offers extensive landscaped common areas, tennis court and communal swimming pool with Venetian stairs and a small, shallow children's pool.
Includes covered parking space. Capacity 6/7 people. NO YOUNG GROUP ALLOWED (ages under thirty years). NO PETS ALLOWED. Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom).

There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit.
The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am.
Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices.
Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of €[hidden] that will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of €28 non-refundable. The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments). Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services.
The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors.
It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes.
In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing.
There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland.
In the latter, very popular among ornithologists.
L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor.
