Very quietly located holiday home "Villa Karin" for 6 people near a large dune reserve. The sea and beach are within walking distance through the dunes.
The house is equipped with all modern comforts and even has a fully automatic type D ventilation system.
You have a new, modern kitchen with all appliances, a washing machine and a tumble dryer are also available.
The three bedrooms are all equipped with queen-size beds (90 cm x 200 cm), one of which is a double bed (on the ground floor). There are two rooms on the 1st floor, each with two single beds. All beds have been fitted with very high-quality bio-active mattresses.
There is a large, fully fenced garden (800 m²) where children and pets are safe. Adjacent is a beautiful sun terrace with garden table and benches for 8 people, 2 sun loungers and a Weber gas barbecue, which is completely at your disposal.

Conditions of the rental agreement:
A possible physical reception is only available during regular check-in and check-out times. Outside of regular opening hours, check-in and check-out is possible at any time via a key safe.
All necessary bed linen (bath towels are provided, namely 2 bath towels and 3 normal towels per person) is available and all beds are already made.
A change of linen is not provided during the rental period, however, as a washing machine, dryer and iron are available. No breakfast or additional services are offered.
The rental agreement is based on a split rent, which means that the rent is divided into 90% immovable and 10% movable.

The house has a very favourable energy label with a B rating, which means that your energy consumption remains very limited even in winter.
The price of your reservation includes all costs except your personal energy consumption (electricity, gas and water). These are billed to you at check-out according to your personal consumption, so you never pay too much.
