Very quietly located holiday home "Villa Karin" for 6 people near a large dune reserve.
The sea and beach are within walking distance through the dunes.
The house is equipped with all modern comforts and even features a fully automatic type D ventilation system.
You will find a new, modernly furnished kitchen with all appliances, and a washing machine and dryer are also at your disposal.
The three bedrooms are all equipped with queen-size beds (90 cm x 200 cm), one of which is a double bed (on the ground floor).
On the 1st floor are two rooms, each with two single beds.
All beds are equipped with very high-quality organic active mattresses.
There is a large, fully fenced garden (800 m²) where children and pets are safe.
Adjacent is a beautiful sun terrace with a garden table and benches for 8 people, 2 sun loungers, and a Weber gas grill, which is entirely at your disposal.
Rental agreement conditions: Physical reception is only available during regular check-in and check-out times.
Outside of regular opening hours, check-in and check-out are possible at any time via a key safe.
All necessary bed linen (bath towels are provided, specifically 2 bath towels and 3 regular towels per person) is available, and all beds are already made.
Laundry changes during the rental period are not provided, as a washing machine, dryer, and iron are available.
No breakfast or additional services are offered.
The rental agreement is based on a split rental price, meaning the rental price is divided into 90% immovable rent and 10% movable rent.
The house has a very favorable energy label with a rating of B, meaning your energy consumption will remain very limited even in winter.

Le coin est calme et proche de différentes plages (Coxyde, La Panne, Nieuport...)
