Grocery 100 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop, railway station "Cunit" 850 m, sandy beach 30 m. Riding stable 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
Please note: railway line closeby 10 m from the property.

Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Too Noisy Because of Nearby Trains

I had a disappointing time at this rental mainly because of the lack of wifi, and it's very close to a busy train track. The noise from the trains starts at 5:00 AM and doesn't stop until midnight. This made it hard to relax or sleep well.

Bel appartement, petit mais bien agencé, avec un toit terrasse solarium au top. Seul bémol, la mer a 30 mètres d'un côté (le plus) et la voie de chemin de fer a 20 mètres de l'autre(le moins, ligne reliant Barcelone). La climatisation est présente mais mal orientée, elle a du mal à atteindre les cha...

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans cette résidence tout équipée. Le cadre et la piscine sont vraiment top... Que du bonheur... L'appartement est très spacieux, il ne manque rien, Le solarium privé est vraiment idéal pour en profiter pleinement... Je recommande cet endroit magnifique proche de la mer à quelques mètres.
