Outside the resort, 6 km from the centre of Porreres, in a quiet position, traffic calmed area, in a cul-de-sac. Private: natural state property, beautiful, well-kept garden, orchard, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool kidney shaped (6 x 3 m, depth 60 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Mar. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, arbour, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue.

Die Finka war sehr gepflegt und sauber und wunderschönen Garten. Die Betreung von A. war hervorragend. Es gab Probleme mit dem TV diese wurden durch A. und den Vermieter rasch behoben.

La piscina, el porche para desayunos y cenas. La limpieza
En cualquier momento y sin avisar se presentan los dueños a regar y limpiar la piscina. Momentos en los que nos estábamos bañando y no la limpiaron. No hemos visto al anfitrión ni a la llegada ni a la salida. Toda la información nos la dio vía WhatsApp y a cuentagotas.

Eine schöne Finca mit Ambiente. Morgens ein tolles Vogelkonzert, umzingelt von Hühnern und Schafen. Außer Porreres ist alles mind. 35-40 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Dafür schön gelegen. Etwas kleiner Pool, sieht auf den Fotos deutlich größer aus. Leider sehr instabiles WLAN und versteckte Kosten....
