A 20-minute drive from Pointe-à-Pitre airport, you can easily reach the village of Lamentin in just 10 minutes, where you will find all the necessary amenities: shopping space, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy.
The villa is ideally located just a 10-minute drive from the Destreland shopping centre and about 20 minutes from the Marina du Gosier, a lively area rich in restaurants.

For tourist getaways, Grande Anse beach in Deshaies is about 30 minutes' drive away, as is Deshaies Botanical Garden and Malendure Beach, renowned for snorkeling with turtles. The thermal area of La Ravine Chaude, with its waters naturally heated to 33 degrees, is just 10 minutes from the villa.
