The villa with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms consists of 3 levels:
- The main landing, on this one is a kitchen open to a beautiful dining room and an air-conditioned living room. The terrace facing the living room offers stunning views of the sea. On the same landing you will find a first bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
- On the upper floor you will have a bedroom with 2 single beds, and a large master suite equipped with a king-size bed, a bathroom and a private terrace equipped with a double deckchair.
- The swimming pool level is accessible by an outdoor staircase from the living room. On this lower landing, a fourth bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. This room faces the jacuzzi, the pool and its sunbathing suspended on the cliff.

The interior of the villa is equipped with a remote surveillance system connected to the authorities and activated only in case of intrusion.

A 25-minute drive from Pointe-à-Pitre airport, it takes 10 minutes to reach the village of Gosier and find all the amenities: Commercial Space, Supermarket, Bakery, Pharmacy, Restaurants and Bars on the famous beach of the Dacha.

You will not miss the incredible getaway on Gosier Island and the visit of the Fort Fleur d'Sword. The Marina de Bas du Fort, on which you can enjoy varied à la carte restaurants, and shopping in its many shops, and the Casino are just 15 minutes from your luxury villa in Guadeloupe.
