This beautiful 112 sqm, loft-inspired 3-bedroom apartment, up to 8 guests with 3 bathrooms/wc, has been decorated in a Riviera style. Very trendy and comfortable. Natural and artisanal materials as well as sunny colors have been carefully chosen.
The living room has a large screen TV (Netflix, Prime). The kitchen-dining room is fully equipped.
On the half floor there is a large bedroom (4 single beds) with a bathroom, and on the supplex, two suites with bathroom, one with a double shower.

Located to the south of Paris, you'll be in a fantastic city adjacent to the capital, allowing you to enjoy both Paris and its surrounding areas.
