This carefully furnished semi-detached farmhouse comprises the following: On the ground floor: A welcoming living room with a kitchen open to the living room (fireplace not in use) A separate toilet Upstairs: An open mezzanine with a queen-size bed A bathroom with a shower and bathtub and a separate toilet Outside: A private terrace at the rear of the house with garden furniture and a plancha grill Courtyard and garden shared with two other gîtes on site (ref. 56G17763 and 56G17765). Good to know: A washing machine is available in the laundry room of the owners' house.
