Humberto Delgado Airport is a 57-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave.
For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup effortless, as well as a washing machine, and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry needs.
The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Just a short walk away, you'll find some of Sesimbra’s most beautiful beaches, including Praia da Califórnia and Praia do Ouro. Apartment in a great location, very close to the beach and the town centre, quiet and peaceful. All areas were very clean and cosy, with everything working perfectly. Heating in the living room and bedroom, perfect for colder nights. Super friendly and helpful host. We loved it!

The only inconvenience was arriving at the flat and there being no hot water. After being informed, another flat was made available, which was good, but it was still annoying to have to carry luggage back and forth in the middle of your stay.

The accommodation matches the photos. In a street parallel to the seafront, with no views, but comfortable and close to everything on foot. Paid but free parking 500 metres away, in front of the football pitch - you need to give this information, we spent 12 euros on street parking for nothing. Extra pillows and more towels were missing. Otherwise, the kitchen was very well equipped.
