We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. Many places in Porto are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transportation: - Multiple bus stops service the area. - The nearest Metro stop: Lapa : (10 min walking) - Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 25 minutes drive from the flat. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). This modern one-bedroom apartment is perfect for families or friends looking to stay in the city centre.
It has everything you need for a pleasant stay.
The property is close to various attractions (e.g. Casa da Música), good restaurants and shops, and the Lapa station is just 8 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city! Porto is a fascinating city in northern Portugal with many good things to offer you during your stay. There is lots of history as you walk in the streets—many monuments, stores, and cafes. The nightlife is full of vibrant spots to hang out with family and friends. There is the Douro River, where you can enjoy a nice pleasant river cruise and try many different dishes and wines. It is also located near the coast, allowing you to go to the beach and enjoy a sunny day.

View from front balcony was lovely. It would be helpful to non-Europeans to state that the ground floor is not considered the 1st floor as it is in other countries. Will reduce confusion.

Logement spacieux, agréable avec un balcon plaisant mais donnant sur une voie passante. Bon marcheur, nous avons tout fait à pied grâce à la situation géographique de l'appartement.
