This beautifully designed studio apartment is located on the first floor of the building and offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay in the city.
To the right of the entrance hallway, you'll find a fully equipped bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, WC, and modern basin—perfect for freshening up after a day of exploring. On the left side of the hallway, there is an open wardrobe with ample space to store your belongings. Moving into the main living space, the right-hand side reveals a sleek, modern kitchen area complete with everything you need to cook at home: a fridge, oven, microwave, and coffee/tea maker. The dark cabinetry and wood-style countertops add a touch of contemporary elegance. In the center of the studio, enjoy a stylish dining table for four, ideal for shared meals or catching up on work. Nearby, relax in a cozy armchair under a soft floor lamp, creating a perfect reading nook. The sleeping area features a comfortable queen-size bed, a spacious closet, and a dedicated work-from-home corner with a desk, armchair, and wall-mounted TV - making it ideal for digital nomads or those mixing business with leisure. The space is bright and airy, with three windows that let in plenty of natural daylight, all fitted with blinds for your privacy and comfort.
Guests can also enjoy a shared garden, ideal for relaxing in the fresh air or hosting a barbecue in a peaceful setting. For those seeking extra relaxation, the building features a sauna - a perfect way to unwind after a long day. The sauna is available for 35€ per day, and to ensure a seamless experience, we kindly ask for bookings at least one day in advance. Additionally, private parking is conveniently located right in front of the building for a hassle-free arrival.

Alternatively, taxis and ride-sharing services are available at the airport for a direct and hassle-free transfer.
